I tweeted it before, and I’ll blog it here again: that episode was excellente! Favorite of the season so far. And in some ways, favorite episode of many seasons.

Perhaps with the exception of Mollee and Nathan, every couple had at least one dance I thought was fantastic. I supposed M&N’s cancan was decent. It just didn’t do it for me the same as everyone else’s best dance of the evening.

Ashleigh. is. amazing. I mean, so is Jakob, but we knew that. I guess his story just doesn’t have quite the same impact as hers.

And wow, I’ve never loved Sonja’s choreography as much as I did last night. That one move where Jakob was holding Ashleigh completely still diagonally upside down was… Gah! Sonja! Your choreography! Your eyebrows! Amazing!

And and AND, I’ve been cracking down on Bowflex lately, but last night he was fantastic. And did anyone else think he looked much less beefy than usual? In fact, I thought (and you may disagree with me here) the di Lello’s were the only two teams that killed both their routines.

Yeah, so I loved it. Finally the season has become what I actually watch this show for. And I have to say, it’s episodes like these that make me feel bad for some of my snarky comments about the dancers early on.

I’m not ready to take back the pervy comments, though. Last night’s perv factor was in full “paint your face across a woman’s chest” effect.

Anyway, bonus picks bonus picks! Who’s it going to be? One girl, one guy. Lay their heads down… on my pillow. Whoa, that wasn’t pervy at all. :S

Lay their heads down in the comments below.
