Thanks for giving us a week for the full list, John. It’s always nice to know who’s paired together and see them dance together to try to figure out what people are likely to be saved (sometimes by their partners) in the first half of the competition. I just wish we knew how many weeks the audience wasn’t going to get to vote because that can change strategy for picking the line-up quite a bit.

And Kelseroo, thanks for asking the question about registering as a member…I didn’t know either.

Oh also, I want the prizes! so, yeah.

What about people who aren’t actively participating but want to be able to enjoy the links and such that you post for FDL?

Is there gonna be a way for the general public to view those posts, should they choose to?

Or would you rather we still fill out a scorecard even if we won’t actively keep up. It’s just with work and classes, life, and living in Canada I can’t always watch the show. (Also I’m really bad with names, so I mix up the dancers) But I did enjoy reading your opinions and comments on the performances, so I’d like to be in on the private Lark posts too.

Okay, so I’ve talked it over with Gunn. We’ve decided that Week 1 will be a warm up week, but there will still be game play that at least includes making picks for week one. I’ll be posting more soon, so stay tuned.

As long as we can watch the next show, to see them each dance at least once (and get their names), then that should be enough to ‘guess’ the order of elimination and submit picks (imo). It’s all a guessing game anyway!

But I do understand it’s value to the game, and it does make it interesting.

Is Monday’s kick off show not enough to get to know them?

What do you all think of the idea of a one chance reshuffling of your picks between Week 1 and Week 2? I’m just worried, cause a lot of people have read the blog and I’m sure some have already begun work, and may not return until they’re finished.

Re: Strategy, I found it helped to really pay attention to what the judges had to say last season. You may not be able to perfectly predict who will end up at the bottom based on their comments alone but you can typically tell who they’re more likely to send home. It helps narrow down your bonus choices.
