Not a lot to report today. Bought my juicer. Juiced some peaches. Juiced some spinach. Tomorrow I’m gonna juice some beets and some beet greens…
Had an awesome evening at Sean Gunn’s for a little din din and chit chat. I’m not sure if any of you know this, but Sean is an amazing chef. Probably the best self taught chef I know. I’m on an elimination diet to try to understand my skin issues better and the dude totally whipped up an amazing meal out of pretty much beets, peahces, spinach and sea salt.
So yeah, nice end to the weekend.
Anyway, new subject… I was flipping through old posts as well as random design and illustration stuff I’ve made over the years and I stumbled across something from 2009 that I just realized I never posted here. I only posted it on Tumblr. At least I can’t seem to find it in my posts.
Oh well, if I did post it here, then I’m posting it again.
It’s a flowchart I designed for David Bowie’s A Space Oddity.

I like your Flowchart.
P.S.
Please take it easy on the beet juice… I made myself way sick with beet greens once… Did a web search to find out that they are the most powerful veggie there is for liver & kidney cleansing. Can cause hives, nausea, vomiting, rapid heart rate, dizziness & even paralysis of the vocal chords. It’s a juice that should be introduced gradually, no more than 2 oz at a time… Though it took less than that to make me sick.
I’ll be getting back to my insomnia now…
Good Luck!

Thanks for the heads up, P. Wish I had read your comment earlier as I just juiced the hell out of some beet greens and two beets. But I mixed them with some peaches. Hopefully I won’t get sick. It was delicious and a great breakfast treat. I’ll let you know.
